  Rappresenta la differenza, in genere positiva, tra la quotazione Bid d'acquisto, e ask, di vendita, indica altresì la differenza tra la più alta proposta d'acquisto ( bid ) e la più bassa proposta di vendita ( ask ), presente sul mercato in un dato momento.
