  Trattasi di obbligazioni che incorporano un warrant, cioè una opzione di acquisto delle azioni della società emittente. A differenza delle obbligazioni convertibili, che costituiscono un unico titolo, i bond with warrant sono a tutti gli effetti composti da due titoli separati: l'esercizio del warrant non comporta la contestuale estinzione del credito obbligazionario.
